CSU @ PC

The Bucs (8-1) traveled up to Clinton, SC to take on the Blue Hose of Presbyterian College (3-4).This game happened to be the Big South game of the week too.

PC was first to get on the board with a field goal during the first quarter, which happened to be the first one that they have made all season (go figure). Shortly after, CSUs Jones III made an unbelievable one handed catch to run it in for the touchdown making the score 7-3. Right before halftime, CSU scored once again giving them a lead of 14-3. 

3 1/2 minutes into the 3rd quarter, PC made a touchdown. CSU still led 14-10 but now we had ourselves a game. It didn't take long for the Bucs to answer with their go-to man, Reyes. CSU had the lead back at 21-10. PC then answered with a TD but missed the extra point, 21-16 with the Bucs leading. Back and forth we go...

CSU was able to pull away in the end for the win over PC.

We have been in a lot of close games but fortunately for the Bucs, they know how to finish and how to win.

CSU goes into next weeks game at 9-1 and 2-0 in the Big South Conference. It will be a BIG game. We take on Coastal Carolina at home which could ultimately decide the Big South Champion. As of now, CCU is undefeated and #3 in the coaches poll. Game time is set for 1pm. See you then!
